Move beyond simple crafting into a state of active meditation, using the tactile rhythm of twisting and stitching fibers to anchor your awareness in the body.

Practice the heritage craft of cordage using a variety of plant fibers, and learn the skill of twisting fibers of varying lengths to create plant rope, which we will then use in a coiling technique to assemble a basket. Through repetitive, sensory-rich motions, you will cultivate mind-body coherence and quiet mental chatter, fostering a creative “flow” state that leaves you with a unique, hand-woven vessel—a physical map of your mindful presence.
