Join us for an exciting and informative look into the world of sustainable design in this fully online course.  Discuss the contemporary theory of sustainable landscape design while learning alternative landscaping methods to alleviate environmental pressures caused by invasive species, storm water runoff, and habitat destruction. Study the landscape to recognize potential problems and identify solutions that will reduce the environmental impact and conserve biodiversity. Apply what you’ve learned by designing a solution for a given landscape and share your ideas with your classmates during the final session.

Extend your learning beyond the live-streamed weekly sessions with supplemental materials available in the online classroom. You’ll have access to the recordings and online material for six months following the conclusion of the course.
