Take a tour around the world—one sip of rosé at a time—during this fun wine tasting experience.

Learn about the history of rosé and different rosé varieties from around the world, while exploring (and tasting) how a wine’s region of origin can influence its style, production, and taste.

Instructor

Nikolaus Schuhl

Nikolaus Schuhl, born in Wilmington, Delaware, has worked in restaurant hospitality for 30 years, with a wine focus for the past 25. Over the course of his career, he has opened eight restaurants over my career. Following an experiential education involving visits to wine regions around the world, Schuhl received his Sommelier Accreditation from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2007. He returned to southeastern Pennsylvania in the summer of 2024 after 25 years to join the 1906 and Longwood Gardens team.
