- Dates cannot be selected directly from the calendar; you may return to the field trip request form to enter three dates and program times in order of preference.
- Dates and/or program times may become unavailable due to previous requests in the queue.
- Calendar will reflect accurate availability as of the end of the previous business day.

- Date with No Text: Field Trips are not offered. Field trips are not available Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays or April 1, 2, 3, 6, 27, May 8, 22, or 25.
- Date with Green Text: Available for request. "Seats" is the student capacity available for date and program time.
- Date with Red “Sold Out” Text: Student capacity has been reserved for the date.
